KRISTA
RICCHEZZA
Krista
is a certified Yoga, Pilates and Spinning instructor as well as a
Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Coach. She has been practicing
Yoga and Pilates for over ten years and has extensive meditation and
relaxation techniques training. Krista continues to immerse herself in
the health and wellness field to pass along her knowledge and
research to her clients.
Her education also includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a
Minor in Business Administration.

DONNA ZAMOST
Donna is a certified Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® instructor. She is among the few instructors in the
United States teaching Gyrotonic® for Golfers. Donna is also
certified to teach pilates and the New York City Ballet Workout.
Additionally, Donna has earned a group fitness instructor
certification from the American Council on Exercise. Donna has been
teaching in southern New Jersey since 2003.

JAMES
SIMON
Exercise and nutrition has been a
big part of James’s life since he was young. Today James
passes on all of his knowledge and interest in fitness to each one
of his clients. James is currently going to school for nursing
because of his interest in health related occupations. He has been
training for 3+ years in home and at various gyms. He has also
taught group fitness classes and boot camps. Once you commit to
this lifestyle you won’t want to live any other way and he will give
you all of the tools you need and teach you how to use them in order
to change your life.

ANDREA FENNER
Andrea began practicing yoga in hopes
it would ease her anxiety, uplift her spirits and energize her body.
Andrea completed teacher training at Yogawood and has been
practicing Bikram Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga for many years. She loves to
have fun and lead an upbeat, rockin' class that invigorates body and
soul and releases any anxieties the mind is holding on to with hopes
that her students feel more content with themselves, and more
energized to enjoy the day focusing on the positive things in life!
When Andrea isn’t doing yoga she is running her pet sitting service,
chasing her Boxers or heading down the shore with her husband Tim.

CHRISTINE MCNUTT
Christine's certifications include ACE
Personal Trainer, AFAA Primary Group Exercise, Balanced Body
University Pilates Mat Instructor, Spinning Certification, as well
as a B.A. from Rowan University in Health & Exercise Science. She is
currently attending Temple University for her Masters in Kinesiology
specializing in Exercise & Sport Psychology. Christine loves
teaching, training and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

RICHARD HALLIWELL
Richard is a proponent for a training
regime known as "Function Training Method" which he developed
through his 8 years of Personal Training experience. He has received
his Personal Training certification from "American Federation of
Fitness Exercise Comprehensive Training." He designs and implements
personal training programs for clients to maximize results through
the development of individualized programs. Richard's approach is
founded upon knowing that quick-fix fitness does not lead to
continuing and meaningful changes.

ANNA
TREZZI
Anna is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and was
certified to teach in 2005. She holds a B.F.A. in Contemporary Dance
and was a dancer for 25 years. Anna's other specialties include
prenatal and restorative yoga. Her instruction is informed by a
strong background in anatomy and physiology. She teaches the universal principles of alignment, as taught
in Anusara Yoga. Integrating these principles with balanced action, she teaches
a safe and challenging yoga practice for a student at any level of
experience. |

BRANDI
DOCKETT
Brandi is an AFAA certified group
fitness instructor and an ACE certified personal trainer. She has
been a Spinning instructor for the past 5 years and is Pre and Post
Natal Certified. Her group fitness certification has given her a
background in body sculpting, circuit training, sports conditioning,
and kickboxing. Additionally, Brandi has experience in Tae Kwon Do,
as well as competitive tennis, and has competed in many running
events including the Marine Corps Marathon. Brandi feels that
fitness should be fun. Her goal is to help her clients find healthy
activities that fit their personality, and then teach them safe and
effective ways to excel. This attitude allows clients to stick with a
program while constantly pushing themselves in an enjoyable way!
Brandi is married and the mother to 2 young daughters.

NANCY
HARTNETT
Nancy has been teaching yoga since
1997 and doing yoga for many years before that. She is certified and trained as a Kripalu yoga instructor
which style she believes allows much freedom and creativity in
movement. In Nancy’s class, you will experience various breathing
techniques, meditation, conscious stretching, strengthening and
balance poses as well as Qi Gong exercises. Nancy feels yoga is the
perfect complement to any work-out routine. She is an avid tennis
player, bicyclist, hiker, swimmer and she loves to dance. Nancy is
a certified Shiatsu (bodywork) practitioner and also teaches
Ballroom Dance!

PEGGY
JUBB
Peggy always had a passion for physical fitness and sports. As a
regular gym member and an avid runner, Peggy has decided to take it
to the next level. She has been a Mad Dog Spinning instructor for a
year now and is currently working on her ACE personal training
certification. Peggy will also be attending the World Spinning and
Sport Conference (WSSC) in Miami, FL this year. She looks forward to
sharing what she learns with everyone. |
