OUR INSTRUCTORS

KRISTA
RICCHEZZA
Krista
has been practicing yoga for ten years and is certified with the
Yoga Alliance through her formal
training with the Deeper Studies of Meditation & Yoga. Krista
has extensive meditation and relaxation techniques training and her
teaching style is Kripalu inspired, while also incorporating such
styles as Integral, Classical, Yogilates, Vinyasa Flow & Restorative yoga. Krista is a certified Pilates instructor and has been an avid practitioner for ten
years. She is also a certified Spin instructor as well as a certified Personal Trainer.
Krista continues to immerse herself in
the health and wellness field to pass along her knowledge and
research to her clients.
Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a
Minor in Business Administration. Her future goals include acquiring
her master's degree as a Nutritionist.

DONNA ZAMOST
Donna is a certified Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® instructor. She is among the few instructors in the
United States teaching Gyrotonic® for Golfers. Donna is also
certified to teach pilates and the New York City Ballet Workout.
Additionally, Donna has earned a group fitness instructor
certification from the American Council on Exercise. Donna has been
teaching in southern New Jersey since 2003.

KIM JACOBS
Although Kim's
professional career follows a degree in Architecture & Interior
Design from Purdue University, her passion shows best in a gym
environment. She has been in the fitness industry as an instructor
for over 20 years. Kim is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, a
Johnny G certified Spin instructor and an AFAA certified Group
Exercise and Kickboxing instructor. Kim strives to provide a higher
level of fitness for all of her clients through intense, motivating
& diverse workouts.

ANNA TREZZI
Anna is a
Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and was certified to
teach in 2005. She holds a B.F.A. in Contemporary Dance and was a
dancer for 25 years. Anna's other specialties include prenatal and
restorative yoga. Her instruction is informed by a strong background
in anatomy and physiology. Extensive training with a life guru
inspired her to teach the life-changing benefits of yoga. She
teaches the universal principles of alignment, as taught in Anusara
Yoga, which clearly delineate balanced alignment for the body.
Integrating these principles with balanced action, she teaches a
safe and challenging yoga practice for a student at any level of
experience. Anna guides her students behind the physical practice to
the yogic attitude, or heart quality, one brings to the poses.
Fostering awareness of the heart quality throughout her classes,
ultimately creates the depth underlying a fulfilling yoga practice.
Anna is especially passionate about aligning the yoga experience
with the students' individual qualities to reawaken the students'
personal potential.

JAMES
SIMON
Exercise and nutrition has been a
big part of James’s life since he was young. Today James
passes on all of his knowledge and interest in fitness to each one
of his clients. James is currently going to school for nursing
because of his interest in health related occupations. He has been
training for 3+ years in home and at various gyms. He has also
taught group fitness classes and boot camps. Once you commit to
this lifestyle you won’t want to live any other way and he will give
you all of the tools you need and teach you how to use them in order
to change your life.

BRANDI
DOCKETT
Brandi is an AFAA certified group
fitness instructor and an ACE certified personal trainer. She has
been a Spinning instructor for the past 5 years and is Pre and Post
Natal Certified. Her group fitness certification has given her a
background in body sculpting, circuit training, sports conditioning,
and kickboxing. Additionally, Brandi has experience in Tae Kwon Do,
as well as competitive tennis, and has competed in many running
events including the Marine Corps Marathon. Brandi feels that
fitness should be fun. Her goal is to help her clients find healthy
activities that fit their personality, and then teach them safe and
effective ways to excel. This attitude allow clients to stick with a
program while constantly pushing themselves in an enjoyable way!
Brandi is married and the mother to 2 young daughters.

NANCY
HARTNETT
Nancy has been teaching yoga since
1997 and doing yoga for many years before that. She calls her yoga:
‘Yoga for Everybody’ as her class allows the first time yoga student
and those who are experienced doing yoga to feel wonderful after a
class. She is certified and trained as a Kripalu yoga instructor
which style she believes allows much freedom and creativity in
movement. In Nancy’s class, you will experience various breathing
techniques, meditation, conscious stretching, strengthening and
balance poses as well as Qi Gong exercises. Nancy feels yoga is the
perfect complement to any work-out routine. She is an avid tennis
player, bicyclist, hiker, swimmer and she loves to dance. Nancy is
a certified Shiatsu (bodywork) practitioner and also teaches
Ballroom Dance!

PEGGY
JUBB
Peggy always had a passion for physical fitness and sports. As a
regular gym member and an avid runner, Peggy has decided to take it
to the next level. She has been a Mad Dog Spinning instructor for a
year now and is currently working on her ACE personal training
certification. Peggy will also be attending the World Spinning and
Sport Conference (WSSC) in Miami, FL this year. She looks forward to
sharing what she learns with everyone. |
