Integrating these principles with balanced action, she teaches a safe and challenging yoga practice for a student at any level of experience. Anna guides her students behind the physical practice to the yogic attitude, or heart quality, one brings to the poses. Fostering awareness of the heart quality throughout her classes, ultimately creates the depth underlying a fulfilling yoga practice. Anna is especially passionate about aligning the yoga experience with the students' individual qualities to reawaken the students' personal potential.
