CLASS DESCRIPTIONS 

PILATES

Classes focus on strengthening core muscles and develop strength, flexibility and coordination.  Pilates increased body awareness and helps prevent injuries

BEGINNER YOGA

Ease illness, injury, stressful times, life changes or just come to learn how to relax your mind and spirit while stretching and strengthening your muscles. Great for beginners as well as experienced students - all ages, sizes and fitness levels welcome

HATHA YOGA

Low impact exercise for the body and mind. It combines different postures (asana) with breathing techniques to promote flexibility, relaxation and strength

VERSA SHAPE

This program has been developed to lengthen and tone lean muscles, combining the best of Pilates, Dance, Core & Bar Work!

CARDIO COMBO

Combines cardio with body shaping to help you burn fat and firm your body

BOOT CAMP

Stay motivated with this high intensity workout! Increase your heart rate while you tone and strengthen through resistance training

BODY BAG & ABS

Jabs, Hooks, Uppercuts & Abs...Need we say more!

BODY SCULPT

Want that lean "sculpted" look? This full body workout focuses on individual muscles - tightening and toning legs, arms, abs & butt

TAE KWON DO

Enhance self esteem, build confidence, develop discipline, learn self defense, and strengthen your mind and body. Families are welcome!

SPIN

Bike to music with the goal of burning 400 – 500 calories as we jog, sprint and climb hills in this high energy cardio class. Format of class includes  a warm up and a cool down . Classes are offered to accommodate beginner to advanced riders

SPIN LUNCH EXPRESS

Need to do your spin class on your lunch hour?  Come to “Lunch Express!” A shorten version of our Basic spin class, but will give you a great workout and get you back to work in time! (40 minutes)

SPIN BOOT CAMP

This class starts with Spin and ends with Boot Camp, combining the best of the best...cardio, resistance training, Bosu balance and core work. All levels welcome

BALLROOM DANCE

Learn various dances including tango, salsa, merengue, swing, jitterbug, and many more. Couples and singles are welcome!

HIP HOP

Lockin, poppin and breakin....classes start off with a basic warm-up followed by a breakdown of hip hop combinations to rhythmic beats. All ages and levels welcome!

HIP HOP FIT

Fitness and fun come together - Get a great workout while moving to the best hip hop beats

ZUMBA

A fusion of latin & international music dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting , effective fitness system. Fun and easy to learn! Routines feature aerobic/fitness & interval training

VIBE
(INTRO, POWER & ELITE)

Improve blood circulation, increase muscle strength and flexibility, improve range of motion and decrease cellulite in this 30 minute workout. 20 minute lunch time classes also available
